A HOLIDAY BOOKING IS A LEGALLY BINDING CONTRACT.
Once a booking has been accepted and a deposit paid, even if you have not paid the balance you will be due for any cancellation charges incurred. If it becomes necessary for you to cancel your holiday, every effort will be made to re-let the accommodation. If this is not possible, a cancellation invoice will be sent to you after what would have been the completion date of your holiday, detailing any charges due.

CANCELLED OR DELAYED FLIGHTS
Every effort is made to operate at the times entered on the ticket, however, the carrier is not liable for additional costs, loss or damage incurred by passengers resulting from delayed or cancelled flights. If it is not possible to operate flights, passengers will be offered alternative transport if available (by road and/or sea) to the destination shown on the ticket, or to remain at the airport for a flight with seats to become available. These may not necessarily be on the same day. The transport operators are not responsible for any additional costs incurred by passengers in such circumstances and no refunds will be given. Passports, VISA and/or photographic identity is not required.
