Three rosette restaurant overlooking the Great pool and Popplestones brow, in the direction of the setting sun. Guests may also enjoy alfresco dining on the terrace in summer months. Menu features Bryher crab, lobster and farm vegetables all bought just a stone's throw from the kitchen door. Lighter bar snacks also available. During the summer there is the option of dining in the 'Crab Shack' two nights a week, this is detached from the hotel and is very popular Spa treatments also available. Prices for the period 2nd July-27th August are based on bed and breakfast only to allow more flexible dining for families.
